Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Beverage Programs and oversee and manage all Beverage operations, programs and processes for multiple divisional restaurants, and monitor and ensure the divisional restaurants and teams' compliance.
  • Conduct comprehensive training including and quarterly testing to assess the teams' proficiency and retention.
  • Develop and maintain beer, liquor and wine vendor relations, working closely with Beverage Managers and Sommeliers.
  • Analyze all alcoholic beverage costs and sales by restaurant on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis to optimize sales and profit.
  • Work with Partner(s) to help achieve operational objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the overall conditions of restaurant bars and equipment.
  • Maintain proficiency in job functions of all FOH operations management positions and/or provide active back-up support when business needs require.
  • Partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, schedule, supervise and develop Beverage Managers.
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy.
  • Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed.
  • Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of management experience.
  • 2 years of beverage director experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams.
  • Experienced with inventory and BOH systems.

Salary Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
