End Date: June 1, 2025 Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am - 12noon with OT potential Location: Blacksburg, Virginia, 24060 Job Code: 1522Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Production Operator to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits. Responsibilities:

• Verify previous operation and own work completed per engineering drawings, planning and other work instructions (Operational Method Sheet, Visual Work Instructions, Manufacturing Instructions, PS Workmanship Standards)
• Complete basic operations using all required manufacturing documentation.
• Correctly store, clean and maintain tools, equipment and chemicals; verify calibration dates and seals.
• Complete paperwork required for each part accurately & legibly.
• Perform minor rework per Std. Rework Procedures., QHT Instructions, or rework router.
• Proficient using Winterm/Connect to access documents and check revisions.
• Assist in training / cross-training of others.
• Proficient using QHT Workflow
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Process.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with small parts.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and paperwork.
• Comfortable using basic computer equipment.
• Skilled in using standard inspection tools.
• Ability to work under a microscope for most of the day.
