DOC Robinson Record Office Coordinator - State of Illinois : Job Details

The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking an Office Coordinator to work at the Robinson Correctional Center in the Records Office. This position is responsible for performing technical office support functions, calculating sentence credits and maintaining files. Essential Functions Performs technical office support functions including the calculation of earned program sentence credit and good conduct credits, encompassing a knowledge of applicable statutes, appellate mandates, and how increments of time are awarded. Organizes and maintains all files relating to the earned program sentence credit and the good conduct credits. Performs sentence calculations including, but not limited to, revocation and restoration of good conduct credit.
