Dock Master - City of Washington North Carolina : Job Details

To perform a variety of duties in managing and supervising the waterfront docks, providing customer service and coordinating daily activities of the staff and facilities, including responsibility for the safe mooring of vessels and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Schedules staff, organizes and participates in the activities and maintenance. Responsible for supervising staff; conducting performance appraisals. Participates in the short and long-term planning, including program development and maintenance resource needs. Manages customer accounts and reservations including annual renewal agreements, billing and certificates of insurance; reconciles cash collections.
