The Document Control Coordinator shall be skilled in the use of technology to complete their day-to-day tasks. He/she is largely responsible for independently administering and managing the project document control system(s), including the logging, transiting, and distributing all relevant documents into the system as well as distribution to the appropriate project team members. The Document Control Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating/collaborating with project staff to help facilitate and expedite the project team's efficiencies. They should be able to communicate/collaborate well with a large team in order to coordinate and complete multiple responsibilities on a deadline.
