Principle Duties:
- Manage, transmit & receive, and distribute/notify personnel regarding engineering and quality control documents within SharePoint (document management system).
- Utilizing online and MS Office processes follow all electronic customer replies / commented documents ensuring they are uploaded, properly notified, and tracked from inception to completion. Provide process support to document management system users on software tools and procedure requirements.
- Follow Ohmstede document management procedures as established by the VP of Engineering.
- Utilize the Engineering Schedule & Jobs databases and Document Transmittals to establish reports for job documents schedules & status.
- Assist all levels/members of the Engineering & Quality Control departments in document management tasks and enforce established Ohmstede procedures.
