PPG is seeking a skilled on-site Document Control Administrator to join our team in Adelanto, California. As an EPC contractor specializing in utility and industrial process infrastructure projects, we are looking for a professional who can effectively manage and maintain project documentation to ensure the success of our projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Setup and maintain the Procore document management Systems and tools
- Review and distribute project documents
- Prepare/receive Project Document Submittals
- Provide RFI and Submittal Status Reports to the Project Team for Review and Action
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in construction or engineering document control
- Project closeout experience is preferred
- Experience with California regulatory agencies is preferred
- Ability to adapt to meet project needs
- Experience working with quality documents is preferred
