- 9-80s schedule: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Thursday, and 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM every other Friday
- 4/10 schedule: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, additional overtime as necessary
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Document Control Specialist to join our team at a high-profile pilot plant project in Pueblo, CO. This role involves managing and processing important project documents and records with precision and care. The successful candidate will report directly to the Document Control or Records Management Supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of our document and records management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage project documents following established procedures.
- Utilize an electronic document management system for data entry, document preparation, scanning, and archiving.
- Ensure quality control of scanned images and maintain accurate data entries.
- Interface regularly with both internal and external customers to resolve queries and provide support.
- Establish and maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for various project and departmental documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and provide administrative support as needed.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge on departmental technologies and practices.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic document management systems; InfoWorks experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically able to work in an operational plant environment and lift items up to 50 lbs.
Additional Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an engineering, construction, or operations setting is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with document control and records management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

- This position requires the candidate to be a US Citizen and pass a government screening process.

- Designated as a safety-sensitive position, requiring high alertness and immediate response during emergencies to ensure safety and well-being of all.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 W2 CONTRACTOR - $31.00-$35.00 per hour 1099 CONTRACTOR
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
