The Opportunity Catalis is hiring a Document Management Processor who will be responsible for printing medical ID cards, verifying and matching them with corresponding documentation, and ensuring all work meets production deadlines and quality standards. This is an on-site position working out of our Jacksonville, FL office 8:30am to 5:30pm. Requirements:
- Responsible for printing medical ID cards and signing off on all documentation completed via reports and logs daily.
- Utilize both analytical and judgment skills to identify and match correspondence to the correct medical ID card before mailing.
- Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
- Reconciles all incoming and completed work.
- Utilize printing equipment - set up, loading materials, clearing jams, simple malfunctions, and unloading product from equipment.
- Work is repetitive and subject to inspection for quality daily.
- Must have excellent dexterity with upper body/arms/hands.
- Work requires sitting and standing throughout the day.
- Flexibility to assist with other task projects as needed.
- Identify and communicate all issues, concerns to leadership daily.
- Ability to remain flexible to change in duties, workflow, and priorities.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
Requirements Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be self-directed and motivated
- Type 35 wpm
- Attention to detail to ensure data entry accuracy
- Ability to use desktop computer system
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Level 2 Background check is required prior to employment
