Details About This Position: This position is a Full-Time position. The schedule for this position is generally a daytime 8-hour shift 5 days a week. What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Proficient in the use of scanning and office equipment.
• Good knowledge of document storage and digital archiving.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

What You Will Do:

• Scan a variety of documents and materials for digital archiving and storage.
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
• Ensure the accurate and high-quality scanning of all documents.
• Check scanned documents to ensure they are clear and legible.
• Responsible for the proper disposal of old and redundant documents.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents.
• Maintain scanning equipment and report any operational issues.
• Perform data entry tasks, if required
