Overview:
SRI Education conducts rigorous and equitable research, delivers technical assistance, and develops tools and assessments to promote improved outcomes for children. Our mission is to reduce barriers, optimize outcomes, and ensure educational equity for all children, youth, and families. Our work includes preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, workshop materials, journal submissions, and other documents that require formatting and production. Our staff also need assistance with work-related purchases, travel, and scheduling of meetings, staff on-boarding and off-boarding, as well as timecards. SRI Education is seeking an Administrative Document Specialist to provide a wide variety of supports to the research staff in the Menlo Park, CA and Arlington, VA offices, as well as satellite offices, in collaboration with others on our Division Services team.

The salary range is: $70,884.00 - $79,578.00/annually. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
