Job Title: Documentation Specialist Job Description We are recruiting for a Documentation Specialist for our Logan, Utah site to support a data extraction project with our R&D Department. The ideal candidate must be familiar with reviewing CAD drawings and have the ability to transfer dimensions into a data entry tool. The role may require the review of new and existing drawings, and utilizing Master Control and Oracle to perform tasks. This position involves interacting with other department members on a global scale to ensure that products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
  • Review and accurately read dimensions from 2D drawings.
  • Transfer dimensions into the data entry tool.
  • Participate in PPI and other lean initiatives.
  • Assist with the review of production performance and maintenance of manufacturing standards.
  • Support global operations between the UK and the US.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum three years of experience with Microsoft and other office application software.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Familiarity with GMP principles.
  • Demonstrated organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
  • Experience with PDM.
  • Experience in a manufacturing support environment with an understanding of GMP.
  • Excellent numeracy, organization, and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Master Control and Oracle.
  • Experience with the manufacturing process of Bioprocess Containers is a plus.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Teams.
  • Attention to detail.
