• Form Bonds: Create lasting friendships with a variety of friendly dogs (up to 100 lbs).
• Explore Outdoors: Enjoy joyful walks in any weather.
• Follow Routes: Provide loving care along established paths.
• Reliable Transportation: Safely transport dogs to and from their homes, ensuring timely completion of walks in various weather conditions.

Wrangler Role:

• Lead Tail-Wagging Adventures: Engage pups in supervised play and group activities that keep tails wagging all day long.
• Ensure Guest Well-Being: Prioritize the health, safety, and happiness of our canine clients during playtime, ensuring they receive the attention and activities they crave.
• Build Lasting Connections: Foster positive relationships with our furry guests and their humans, ensuring a personalized experience that keeps everyone smiling.
• Embrace the Outdoors: Enjoy our expansive play area, rain or shine, ensuring every dog gets the exercise and socialization they need.

Qualifications for Joining the Pack:

• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license (reliable car a must!).
• Professional Experience: 1+ years PAID experience in animal care or caregiving roles
• Unwavering Love for Animals: You practically speak dog and crave their companionship!
• Reliable & Committed: You're a rockstar when it comes to showing up on time and staying in roles (we value long-term relationships!).
• Local Knowledge: Live within 15 minutes of McCollum Park (Everett) for efficient walks.
• Commitment to Stability: We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of staying in previous roles for at least one year.
• Previous Experience: 1+ years of paid experience in animal or caregiving field (required).
