As a Donor Services Associate, you will be the frontline representative of donor questions and an integral member of our Resource Development department.

  • Assist with answering calls, responding to donor inquiries and requests in a timely manner, opening and sorting incoming mail daily.
  • Scan documentation and upload it to shared document files.
  • Prepare batches for entry in Salesforce database and perform database clean-up, as needed.
  • Process and enter credit card donations and ACH transfers through a secure virtual terminal.
  • Prepare and send donor acknowledgement letters and other donor communications.
  • Prepare daily validation reports for batches and deliver them to the Finance department.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills with demonstrated ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software. MS Excel is necessary for data entry and tracking.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other databases required.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to new concepts.
