What You'll Do:As a Donut Fryer/ Finisher at Festival Foods. Prepare Donuts: Mix, fry, and/or decorate donuts according to recipes and department standards to ensure high-quality, mouth-watering products. Enhance Sales: Increase sales by creating visually appealing and delicious donuts. Minimize Waste: Follow production lists and recipes accurately, use precise measurements, and minimize waste and reduce shrink to keep operations efficient. Guest Service: Provide excellent service by assisting guests in finding items, taking orders for special requests, and addressing inquiries with proper phone etiquette. Product Management: Package and price items from the service case, and maintain an adequate level of supplies in the bakery by replenishing ingredients and other necessary items. Department Support: Contribute to overall department goals by assisting in other areas as needed and maintaining cleanliness by organizing and cleaning work areas, shelving, and the sales floor.
