Job Type Full-timeDescriptionDough Mixer - Sal's Wholesale Salem, NHSummary: We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Dough Mixer for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our team. The Dough Mixer is responsible for operating mixing machine to mix ingredients together to make final product. Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements both before and after product is mixed. Keep work area clean and organized.Primary Responsibilities:

• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow existing recipes. Accurately use equipment to measure, weight, and mix ingredients.
• Visually identify quality or bad product before and after it is mixed.
• Perform required housekeeping to keep work to maintain health and safety standards which includes but is not limited to: clean areas - such as scraping, sweeping and/or mopping floor, putting trash in trash containers, picking up product from floor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Able to operate industrial machinery
• Previous food production mixer experience in a factory environment preferred, but not required
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Physically able to move during the l: Manual labor that includes lifting, bending, reaching, and kneeling through shift; able to lift up a 50 pound bag of flour to pour into mixer.
