Top Job Located in Jackson Center, OH Salary: $18 - $19.50Job Title: Downstream TechnicianShifts: Day Shift and Night Shift (Rotating 12 Hours)Hours: 7 AM - 7:10 PM or 7:00PM -7:10 AMPay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hourKey Responsibilities:

• Operate automated packaging equipment, including case packers, conveyor systems, and labelers to ensure efficient product packaging.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Follow material requirements and customer specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on packaging and labels to meet industry and customer standards.
• Assist in documenting production data, including corrugate losses and efforts in scrap reduction.
• Comply with safety policies and contribute to area goals related to reliability, quality, and safety standards.

Preferred Qualification:

• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for accurate documentation and reporting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing throughout the 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing production demands.
• Strong manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for effective machine operation.
