As an Ambassador Driver, you'll go beyond simply transporting members-you'll be a vital part of their healthcare journey. You'll also represent CareCar in your community, provide exceptional customer service, and mentor new drivers by shadowing and training them.If you enjoy driving, helping others, and being a positive presence in your community, we'd love to have you on our team.Key Responsibilities

• Drive Members Safely: Transport members to and from their appointments with professionalism and care.
• Educate About CareCar: Be a brand ambassador by sharing CareCar's mission and services with others.
• Mentor New Drivers: Assist with onboarding and training by allowing new drivers to shadow you.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every member feels respected and supported during their ride.
• Maintain Vehicle Standards: Use your own vehicle, ensuring it meets safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow Compliance Guidelines: Adhere to all traffic laws, CareCar policies, and member privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance, registration, and regular inspections.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others and making a difference.
• Comfortable working with seniors and Medicare members.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
