Driver / General LaborTWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers (no CDL required).What We Offer* Starting pay: $15-$18/hour plus tips* Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hours* Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met* 401k and paid time off available* Shift Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday* All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques* Opportunities for career growth and advancement* If you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C licenseWhat You'll Do* Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises* Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings* Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck* Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection* Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truckWhat We're Looking For* Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions* Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record* Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen* Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.* Strong problem-solving ability* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Excellent customer service skills* Professional attitude and demeanor* Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpfulHere at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, our core purpose is to move people forward, both personally and professionally.
