Driver Helper - Murray Resources : Job Details

Assist with loading and appropriately securing product onto or inside delivery vehicle using motorized or non-motorized material handling equipment. Assist Driver in delivering and off-loading product at customer facility. With assistance from Driver will carry product (i.e., drywall, windows, doors, etc.) to a designated area at the customer site. Deliver customer orders to customer site using a company van or pickup truck. Obtain signed proof of delivery. Drive pilot vehicle for oversize loads, ensuring compliance with appropriate safety regulations. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals. Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attend periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.
