They will attend to patient transportation need and miscellaneous customer service related duties, as they arise. BFC patients come from varying cultural backgrounds and age groups; therefore, sensitivity to a diverse culture is expected. Performs other duties as assigned by their supervisor.- Transport patients to and from RDT, Daisy Lane, Family program and main campus for various treatment activities- Assists with transporting patient to outside appointments- Be responsible for pickup and delivery of nursing, HIM, Business office paperwork and general mail service- Will provide transportation of office supplies and dietary needs#PM24QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- High School Graduate or equivalent.- Valid California Driver's License, Driving record in good standing- Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days- Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.- 2 Years Freedom from UsePreferred Qualifications:- Customer Service experienceOverview:The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
