How you will drive change...The Bus Driver/ Chauffeur II is responsible for:VEHICLE OPERATION
- Maintaining a safe environment by complying with all traffic regulations, and adhering to our COVID-19 pandemic response plan.
- Following emergency procedures and enforcing passenger safety/conduct rules.
- Fueling vehicles as necessary.
PASSENGER EXPERIENCE
- Aiding passengers as needed or as requested, as well as verifying that all passengers are properly secured.
- Regulating heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.
- Upholding vehicle interior in a neat condition during service operation.
- Maintaining manifest information confidentiality.
- Cultivating a professional and positive environment.
DOCUMENTATION
- Logging accurate records, including receiving and accounting for fares, radio communications.
- Communicating irregularities to the Customer Care team utilizing a two-way radio to contact and preparing written reports.

- You have a strong command of the English language.

- You may have current or prior experience as a bus, shuttle, or ride share driver.
We are hopeful you have...
- A valid Michigan Chauffeur's license (or the ability to acquire one).
- You're capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
- You can pass the Department of Transportation's physical examination.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- The ability to adhere to the requirements and standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
