In this role, you'll immerse yourself in the inner workings of logistics with a nationally recognized leader in the industry.

Flexible schedules include:

· Weekday shifts from 5:00pm to 9:00pm

· Weekend shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

· Assist with quality control of all paperwork following deliveries and inbound loads.

· Address driver concerns regarding delivery documentation.

· Handle overflow phone calls.

· Support lead dispatch personnel with various tasks as needed.

Skills:

· Typing speed of 30 wpm.

· Written and verbal communication skills to clearly relay information to all involved parties.

· General math skills.

Qualifications:

· Preferred previous customer service experience a plus.

· Preferred pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
