Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pmSalary: $20.00 / hourSign-on bonus: $3000; $1000 upon completion of 30 days, $1000 upon completion of 6 months, $1000 upon completion of 12 monthsMileage reimbursement available.The Adult Clinical Community Supports (ACCS) Driver promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with mental health services needed to live successfully in the community. The ACCS Driver/Support Staff supports community access for clients by driving their own or company-owned or leased vehicles, transporting and accompanying client to, from and during community appointments as directed by Integrated Team staff.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote the safety of clients during transportation.
  • Monitor client status, reports concerns or incidents to supervisor.
  • Pick up and drop off deliveries of program materials and supplies, as assigned.
  • Participate as member of intervention team to perform skills teaching, and help client learn about community resources and obtaining resources.
  • Attend medical, psychiatric and other appointments with client as needed.
  • Adhere to Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and procedures.
  • Provide crisis intervention to client, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in human services field is preferred.
  • One to two years related experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Must possess a valid United States Driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients
  • Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
  • All candidates for this position must be a least 21 years of age and be able to pass a CORI, driving record, employment reference, educational and professional licensure check as well as a multi-state background check.
