Drivers - inspector plus : Job Details

As a field inspector, you will be responsible for driving to the property location, documenting the condition of the property, conducting home inspections, ascertaining any potential problems, and writing up inspection reports.

*must have a smartphone with working camera*

more information about our field inspector position. As a field inspector, you are expected to complete 15 - 25 inspections a day. Our start hours are 8 AM to 3 PM. Weekly pay varies from $400 to $750 a week (you can make more) . You are getting paid $5.00 per inspection with a volume of about 500 inspections per month!

As an inspector, your job will be to take photos each property. Most properties are just exterior photos of the outside and we have some properties that are vacant, these interior and exterior photos

These orders would be considered occupancy inspections

We also have scheduled inspections that you're required to do. These are usually exterior only as well. The property is occupied. These orders require you take more photos then the regular standard occupancy inspection for these orders.

For the standard order usually need 7 to 10 photos

Vacant 25 to 30 photos

Scheduled 25 to 30 photos.

You primarily would have a list of 50 to 70 orders in your queue a day we usually map out a route with 25 orders out of your full list of orders for you. Just so you have a set route for each day, but your allowed to map out your on route as well.

This is a 1099 job Subcontractor Position
