We hire for attitude and train the skills you need to succeed!Job Requirements* Drivers must have a valid driver's license and 21 years of age or older* Minimum of 3 years driving experience. NO CDL REQUIRED!* Clean driving record preferred (2 or less minor validations may be considered)* No super speeder violations within the last 3 years* High school diploma or GED are encouraged* Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English* Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day* Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screensJob Responsibilities* Drivers act as the team leader for your team.* Drivers work hand in hand with movers to complete services.* Execute moves at a high level of safety and provides customer service.* Drivers must safely operate a 26-foot moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.* Be a TEAM player. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!What we offer:* Compensation ranges from $36k - $50k Annually (including base hourly pay, commission and tips)* Benefits!
