Dryer Packager Overnight - Post Holdings : Job Details

Responsible for packaging dried egg into 50 lb boxes with a plastic liner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for packaging dried egg into 50 lbs and 25 kg boxes with plastic liner and 500 kg tote bag. 2. Sanitation of the dryer and equipment. Includes disassembly, cleaning, and assembly, of augers using LOTO and entering warm dryer box wearing protective clothing and using LOTO and confined space. 3. Maintain standard of cleanliness of work area. 4. Responsible for confirming and verifying final weights of finished products. 5. Responsible for proper sealing and labeling of finished product containers. 6. Stack finished product of pallets. 7. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. 8. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. 9.
