• Drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and drywall framing
  • Measure and cut drywall for installation according to build specifications
  • Attach sheets to wall stud frames
• Use hand and power tools to sand panels and remove irregularities
• Install, mud, tape, finish and texture drywall both in-house and on-site

Skills and Qualifications for Drywall Carpenter:

• Must have valid driver's license
• Prior construction experience required
• Prior drywall experience required
• Great attitude and desire to work long-term in this industry
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• If working in a hospital or other projects that require vaccination, must be able to provide proof of vaccination
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift heavy materials
• Ability to be on feet at least 8-10 hours
• Ability to travel to different areas of Oregon if needed for projects
