Advancement is based on speed and accuracy of finished work, and adherence to company core values.Key Responsibilities:

• Fire tapes and scrapes floors
• Helps mix/carry buckets of drywall mud
• Spots screws and uses a banjo
• Applies corner bead
• Executes patches, tearaways and sanding
• Works on stilts

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience with drywall finishing is required
• OSHA-10 is strongly preferred
• Driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required

Compensation:

• $20 - $25 per hour per hour based on experience
