DSP - Phaxis : Job Details

Must Have Qualifications: CPR Client will train on Scip if required. Paid training -- Training is first hour of starting the assignmen. Population - 6 Clients High Functioning and One Low Functioning DSP Requirements -- Serve breakfast to low functioning client and wake up low functioning client and escort to the bathroom. May need to change bedsheets in the middle of the night.
