Job Description :
  • This shift is 40 hours per week (Sun - Thurs 12pm-8pm) Must be able to work flexible schedule as needed .
  • The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year's experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Six months' supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment road test and drive an agency vehicle
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide ongoing protective oversight to people living in the residence
  • 24/7 On-Call accessibility
  • Assist with scheduling, personnel related issues, training of residential staff and other delegated tasks
  • Provide on-going supervision of residential staff
  • Provide assistance and instruction for each person in basic activities of daily living
  • Provide training and support for each person in accordance with person's program plan
  • Successful completion and maintenance of all certifications (AMAP, SCIP, CPR)
  • Provide training and support for each person supported in accordance with person's program plan.
  • Ensure adherence to agency quality standards of operation; make decisions in conjunction with and in the absence of the Residence Manager that drive operational processes.
