About the role:We are looking for a passionate DUO General Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Food & Beverage Management Team.What you will do:Greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.What you bring:

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years Front of the House F&B management experience required preferably in a high standard resort setting.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting is essential.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $114,000.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full time.
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
