Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Specialist to oversee and manage our DME services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of our DME division, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the DME division, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to DME.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the DME business and enhance service delivery.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage DME staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all DME products meet quality standards and are maintained and serviced regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in DME operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of DME products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in DME or healthcare management are a plus.
