Overview Metropolitan Veterinary Center is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in the South Loop of Chicago. About the Clinic: MetroVet opened in 2012 and our team is an intelligent, hard-working, and passionate group that focuses on teamwork and a positive work environment. We are looking for someone that can join our team that will provide the highest quality medicine, provide leadership, and maintain excellent client communication and client services. The perfect candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience with a deeply ingrained desire to practice high quality medicine and connect with clients. We are open 7 days a week from 7am-8pm, which can provide a flexible work schedule and create a nice work/life balance. MetroVet encourages work life balance and is able to offer a flexible schedule which includes working some weekends but never major holidays or any on-call. Though experience is ideal, our team is open to a newly graduated veterinarian with a thirst for learning looking for a fun, family environment. Regular doctor meetings (every two weeks) serve to discuss work flow, case challenges and successes or new concepts which may facilitate improved patient care or client service.
