We offer comprehensive benefits packages to eligible employees, including competitive pay, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and additional performance incentives.Pay Range $18.00 - $22/ hourPosition SummaryThe 2nd Shift E- Clip Line Operator uses different types of machine equipment to assist with manufacturing the NARSTCO product in an efficient and safe manner; cooperates as a team with other workers to produce a high-quality product to meet customer needs and goals.Primary/Essential Responsibilities and DutiesWork safely following all required safety and work protocols and wearing of personnel protective equipment as required.Carryout to the full extent required, production activities for the processing of all NARSTCO productsFollow instructions of Production Foreman and Team LeadsMaintain departmental housekeeping standardsWork at a reasonable pace (measured by production efficiency) and within our quality standards to insure timely completionAssist new employees in safe and efficient production which includes following standard operating procedures and instructional material and manualsTo exercise the utmost degree of integrity, honesty, good faith, and fidelity to the Company, in dealing with the Company and with its customers, employees, suppliers and other public entitiesProvide other reasonable services as the Company may request from time to time.Preferred Skills and QualificationsHigh School diploma or GEDOne to two years' experience in ManufacturingOne to two years Forklift operation and certification a bonusBasic reading and mathematics skillsKnowledge and experience in working punch press, form press, forklift, using calipers, reading a tape measure, operation of PLC equipment, automated machinery, grinders, and machine fabrication tools preferredBasic maintenance knowledge such as tightening and loosening bolts etc. is preferredAbility to follow instructions, drawings and dimensions as required for qualityAbility to work well with tools and machinery requiredPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsFrequently stands, walks, climbs, balances, lifts, bends, and moves objects up to 50 poundsMust be able to work 2nd Shift.Exposed to all weather conditions including very hot and very cold weatherExposed to loud noiseThis job description is not intended to represent a complete, comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities that may be required in this position.
