Job Summary This role's mission is to deliver an exception digital commerce experience by optimizing our e-commerce platform, driving customer engagement, and fostering seamless, frictionless shopping journeys that maximize revenue growth. Key Departmental Responsibilities
- Accountable for the development and implementation of our B2B and B2C platform's strategy, upgrade, and enhancements
- Focuses on gathering the UI/UX to ensure the improvement and evolution of the shopping experience for our downstream customers and partners.
- Work cross functionally to ensure product content and SEO is utilized and optimized to grow the brand awareness of our products and services
- Implement continuous analysis of customer behavior and analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate on implementing cross-sell and growth strategies within the digital commerce platforms to increase product awareness and discovery on the website and within search engines
- Work with 3rd party and internal resources to enhance and develop connectivity solutions with our vendors and downstream distribution partners
- Develops and executes site merchandising strategies, including product assortment, product lists, related products and the like.
- Works closely with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to align on e-commerce initiatives and drives cross-functional projects to completion.
Skills & Qualifications Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital commerce products or platforms, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment with Saas-related products. Proficiency in data analysis and using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and product enhancements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
