E-Commerce Material Control Clerk - Opry Entertainment Warehouse - Ryman Hospitality Properties : Job Details

Provide flawless service to online shopping guests via telephone and/or email correspondence whileadhering to the company service basics. Prepare and fulfill incoming orders placed through the e-commerce website.Provide timely and accurate fulfillment of orders placed through our e-commerce website.Pick merchandise and prepare for shipping. Pack orders into boxes and apply appropriate postage.Ensure orders are packed in a neat, well-organized manner that will minimize damaged products during shipping.Communicate any customer service issues to the warehouse leadership team.Provide polite and timely communication to guests following company service basics.Perform other duties as assigned.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience1+ years of experience in customer service or salesWarehouse experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work independentlyComputer proficiency preferredMust be a self-starter and a problem-solverLicenses / CertificationsForklift certification preferredValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record requiredThis position requires a pre-employment drug screening (4-panel: phencyclidine, cocaine, amphetamines, and opiates).
