The Early Careers Programme provides an exciting opportunity for participants to get a feel for working at the Forum, bringing in fresh ideas and gaining valuable real-world experience.The positions we offer are best suited to bachelor's and master's program graduates, with 1-2 years of previous professional experience.Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Program
  • Hybrid (3 days per week) onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in New York
  • Program start dates between March 15 and April 15
  • Monthly gross compensation of USD $4250
Why we are recruiting:The People & Culture (HR) team aims to attract and acquire top talent. The ECP, Talent Acquisition role will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner based in the NY office. The focus of this ECP role will be to support Talent Acquisition.What you will do We are looking for an aspiring human resources candidate to provide support with talent acquisition scheduling, sourcing, candidate pool creations and ancillary talent acquisition projects.Throughout the program, you'll interact with US and global People and Culture professionals and develop a skill set that can accelerate your career. Below are the different areas where you will contribute, learn and develop:
  • US Talent Acquisition Scheduling - Support with interview scheduling and our transition to an automated scheduling system.
  • US/Global Candidate Sourcing and Pool Creation - Identify and attract the most relevant talent for the Forum in our US and global business teams.
  • Project Support- Exposure and operational support for talent projects such as candidate background screening, psychometric testing for US locations and US chatbot training
  • Recruitment processes - Opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment across a global organization; business roles across all industries, Forum Center roles addressing the most pressing global issues such as AI & sustainability, and other areas such as communications & events.
  • Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics - Exposure to our talent analytics dashboarding endeavors, including support with data cleaning and exposure to dashboard creation.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of internship/professional experience

  • Communication - Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact internally and with external job candidates
  • Teamwork and Collaboration - Ability to work cooperatively in diverse teams and contributing to group goals
  • Technical - Understanding of HR information systems and Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Workday and/or Tableau preferred
