This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week of onsite work in Richmond, VA The engagement is expected to last 6-12 months.Responsibilities:

• Create and modify Workday inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Manage interfaces using SQL Server (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory pipelines.
• Develop data pipelines supporting data vaults or data marts.
• Code processes according to established standards.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop data mapping between systems (desirable but not strictly required).

Required Skills:

• Azure Data Factory Pipeline or SSIS development experience in both Azure and local SQL Server environments (minimum 5 years).
• XSLT Development (minimum 1 year).
• Candidates must be local to Richmond, VA, or willing to relocate for onsite work (3 days/week, no exceptions).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, independent, and flexible.

Highly Desired:

• Experience authoring Workday reports and outbound integrations (minimum 2 years).
• Familiarity with Workday Studio (minimum 2 years).
• Comfortable mentoring other personnel on Workday technologies.
