East Coast Regional Sales Manager for Semiconductor ICs, Japanese Bilingual Preferred (Fully Remote) Job Num: 55426Sales / MarketingJob DescriptionTitle : Regional Sales Manager (Fully Remote )Salary: 110K-130K + bonusPreferable Remote Location: NJ or CT areaAn International Power Management ICs company specialized for battery powered designs is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support our audiences in East Coast. This individual will be responsible for business development in the region and contributing further growth of the business and meeting revenue/profit goals. The individual will also require managing relationship with existing customers and analyzing sales performance/forecast and making necessary adjustment.Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers mainly in East Coast independently or with distribution partners to promote our Power Management IC products
  • Capture the meeting minutes for all meetings with customers and identify next course of action to provide any support required
  • Generate the new leads to contribute further growth of the business and meet revenue/profit goals
  • Maintain/Update CRM for all ongoing opportunities with the customers
  • Monitor sales performance and forecasting revenue trend and make necessary adjustment
  • Ensure all new products are introduced to the customers/distributors
  • Conduct product training periodically to our distribution partners
  • Attend trade shows and relevant conferences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electronical engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with Semiconductor industry and OEM businesses in electrical industry
  • 5+ years of experiences in Semiconductor sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong in communication skills and presentation skills building rapport with customers
  • Capability to work and level set priorities across multiple organizations (Business unit and other sales team)
  • Strong understanding and interesting of technology/technology value proposition development and market engagement
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Travels are required
