Echoes Team Leader- Per-Diem - The Childrens Village : Job Details

Will have a caseload of 10 participants ages 14-18. Team Leaders will Facilitate groups, preferably Restorative Justice circles. Team Leaders will meet with participants 1:1 to go over program performance. Team Leaders will go over score cards with youth on a daily basis that address Attendance, Preparedness, Performance, Attitude, and Participation. Team Leaders will oversee a Work Team at Project sites. Team Leaders will work 10 hours per week including some weekdays and Saturdays. Team Leaders would oversee participants that are in the Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Summer stages of the program. Team Leaders will work in collaboration with the ECHOES Probation Officer. The goals of the program are to engage participants in transformational relationships that enable them to remain in their schools and communities while they improve the educational, employment, and social/emotional competencies needed to lead law-abiding lives. The purpose of the program is to reduce recidivism within the criminal justice system.Minimum Salary: 18.00 Maximum Salary: 18.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
