• Serve as a member of the E-Commerce Retail Department in accordance with our core values.

• Perform all regular duties associated with E-Commerce fulfillment in a professional manner.
• Retain knowledge of AO products to certify the quick and correct pulling of orders.
• Make certain all orders are checked and packed following the packing list.
• Use current packing guidelines so customers appreciate the time and effort of the fulfillment team of their online purchase.
  • Wrap the items in tissue paper, include a name card in every package so the customer has that personalized touch, use the AO brown tape for all of the boxes so that it reiterates the brand. Put items that can be broken or damaged by being bent in boxes and fill empty space in boxes with brown paper and wrap items in bubble wrap if fragile. Fold clothing neatly and make sure there's not any defects with the item before sending it such as a hole or discoloration.
• Let the team lead or shipping manager know if there is something that doesn't look right with an order or if you can't find a particular item.
• Generally, pull, pack and ship all orders received for outbound shipment on the same day unless there is a valid reason for hold.
