Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSeeking an eCommerce Coordinator to manage order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and effective issue resolution in collaboration with vendors, warehouses, and IT. This role involves launching products on key marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target, while managing catalog data to ensure comprehensive listings across all platforms. The coordinator will optimize product visibility by identifying and resolving setup issues, managing product suppressions, and maintaining compliance with marketplace regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate product photography and respond to customer inquiries, fostering collaboration across teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Order management: monitor orders to ensure they are processing timely and without issue. Collaborate with vendor compliance, warehouses and IT when necessary to solve any issues.
  • Product Set Up: Responsible for launching products on time across all key marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Macy's) via Channel Advisor and excel spreadsheets
  • Catalog & Data Management: Manage the catalog data across all marketplaces, ensuring listings have complete data enrichment for all attributes.
  • Product Optimization: Shop each site to identify any issues with the product set-up that may be impacting the customer buying experience.
  • Product Suppressions: Responsible for managing and resolving suppressions on each marketplace which includes analysis of product listings, analyzing root cause for product suppression, developing and implementing solutions to get products relisted and developing processes and auditing data to ensure all compliance and regulatory information is up to date and filed in the Amazon system
  • Coordinate photography and photography samples: Collaborate with eCommerce Manager and samples manager to collect and arrange for product photography.
  • Customer Messages on Marketplaces: Respond to customer questions across all marketplaces and solve all customer issues and concerns. Some issues require cross team collaboration to resolve issues.
  • Collaboration: Engage cross functional departments, sharing Amazon results and educating the organization on the Amazon channel. Develop and share best practices with Amazon teams in other countries around the globe.
Requirements
  • 2+ years eCommerce support experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon (1P or 3P)
  • Experience with Channel Advisor (Rithim) a Plus
  • Knowledge of other e-commerce marketplaces a plus
  • Experience in reporting tools and performance metrics
  • Tech savvy with high proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with an attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ethic
  • Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
Hybrid Work Schedule 3 days a week in office, 2 days from home New York Pay Rate $40,000 - $60,000 We strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
