Position: Fulfillment Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Manager to join our growing team. As a Fulfillment Team Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the fulfillment team in daily fulfillment operations
• Set appropriate daily fulfillment targets
• Organize the team to maximize efficiency
• Tint limewash and natural paint products in various sizes
• Stock fulfillment stations with materials and supplies
• Place inventory orders as needed
• Package orders for e-commerce customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Organize and lead a small team effectively
• Hire and train new fulfillment team members
• Coach team members as needed
• Maintain a high level of communication with direct supervisors
• Collaborate with customer support to answer fulfillment questions as needed

Qualifications:

• E-commerce fulfillment experience preferred
• Team lead or management experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM

Saturday: 8:30 am - 3 pm
