The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on our eBay platform, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales growth.Job description:
- Manage eBay storefront
- Upload products and manage listing and advertising
- Ensure an engaging and user-friendly online shopping experience
- Monitor and analyze company performance and competitors' performance metrics to identify areas of improvement/opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to coordinate marketing and promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Set up sales goals and provide solutions
- Analyze operations and optimize standard operating procedures (SOP)
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the field of eCommerce
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in managing eBay commerce operations with a proven history of achieving successful outcomes
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of eBay's policies and seller guidelines
- Proficiency in utilizing eBay Seller Hub and other relevant tools associated with the platform
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with industrial wholesale products (preferred)
