Essence of the role (Role's Purpose):

The E-Commerce Merchandiser Coordinator is responsible for optimizing Piping Rock's digital performance by strategically managing product categories and implementing merchandising strategies across multiple websites. We are seeking an individual with a knowledge of or a passion for the health and wellness category. This position will focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience while driving continued sales growth and digital enhancements.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):

Responsible for new item setup process including working with other team members to gather product information, copy, images, and supplement information.

Ensuring products are attributed and categorized appropriately across all channels.

Ensure scheduled product and assets go live in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain item updates and adjustments through the full product life cycle.

Deliver best in class navigation and on-site search for the entire assortment.

Utilize reporting tools and sales data to optimize site content and analyze merchandising strategies.

Collaborate with various teams to coordinate product launches and website updates.

Develop creative methods to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Additional duties as assigned.

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):

A minimum of 1 year of eCommerce or merchandising experience required.

A self-starter who is motivated and able to work independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business acumen.

A very detailed and curious mindset that is always searching for methods to compete in an ever-changing marketplace.

A knowledge of the health and wellness environment including Sports Nutrition, HBA, Vitamins, and Healthy Foods.

Ability to communicate and collaborate in a cross-functional environment with technology, marketing, and product development teams.

Strong verbal and written skills with knowledge of SEO optimization and content management.

Must have very strong Excel skills and understanding of the digital technology environment.

Experience in Shopify is a plus.
