Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative eCommerce Content Supervisor to lead our efforts in developing and managing exceptional content across multiple online platforms. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company is recognized as a Best-In-Class leader in online content. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating high-quality, engaging content for eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, driving social media strategies, managing website projects, and producing visually compelling photos and videos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Optimization:
o Develop and implement strategies to create and optimize high-quality content for eCommerce platforms like Amazon, ensuring product pages are engaging, accurate, and optimized for search and conversion.
o Generate compelling and on-brand content for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule to drive engagement and brand awareness.
2. Multimedia Production:
o Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for use across eCommerce platforms, social media, and the company website.
o Oversee the production of content assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
3. Website Management:
o Manage the revamp of the company website, including planning, content development, and collaboration with internal teams or external agencies to deliver an enhanced user experience.
o Ensure the website's content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing.
4. Project Management:
o Coordinate and manage content-related projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
5. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement a content strategy that positions the company as a Best-In-Class leader in online content.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and elevate the company's content approach.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in eCommerce content creation and optimization, with a strong understanding of Amazon's platform and best practices.
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and developing content strategies to drive engagement.
• Proficiency in photo and video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Experience managing website projects, including content development and collaboration with developers or agencies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce tools.
• Graphic design skills and experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• A track record of developing innovative and successful online content strategies.
