We are looking for a highly motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our team!
Basic Purpose:
The eCommerce Specialist supports the McIntosh Groups eCommerce strategy in North America.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Tracks compliance with McIntosh Group eCommerce programs in North America.
Tracks product assortment and PDP information online by browsing and utilizing 3P software and creates and maintains reports related to results.
Maintains 3P software databases.
Analyzes sales channel results and builds reporting for North American Sales & accounts.
Works with the marketing teams to ensure accounts utilize the best assets and content to facilitate sell-through.
Works with the marketing teams to enable the creation of enhanced brand content, maximizing potential behind New Product Introductions, existing PDPs, Brand Pages, etc.
Works with the eCommerce Team to optimize search discoverability.
Tracks customer reviews and provides feedback to internal teams to address training, product, and marketing opportunities.
Assists in developing dealer programs that support the growth of McIntosh Group brands.
Supports McIntosh Groups Amazon strategies and associated work on Seller Central and Vendor Central and helps ensure authorized Amazon dealers success.
Periodic Responsibilities and Duties:
Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related area
And/Or 4+ years of DTC or B2B eCommerce Experience
Special Skills Required:
1. DTC Experience and history of utilizing Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies (email, SMS, Paid Search, Social Media)
3. Strong computer skills required. Must be proficient in all Microsoft suite applications, and be able to learn/ navigate company ERP and CRM systems.
Physical Requirements of this Position:
1. Position requires traveling, standing and walking to accomplish tasks related to the position.
2. Position requires the ability to lift and exert force of up to 50 lbs. to carry, lift, push, pull and otherwise move objects frequently.
3. Travel as necessary to support sales accounts (air and car) as well as to corporate facilities and trade shows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year plus bonus plan
