M2 Search Partners is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist for a direct hire position with our client in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online sales and optimizing the client's ecommerce platform to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with ecommerce industry trends and best practices.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to increase online traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Consult with key customer stake holders, including but not limited to sales, finance, IT, credit, and executive personnel as necessary. (Based on the recommended technology solution)
• Manage and optimize the ecommerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and engaging content.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure website performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work within ecommerce platforms
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
