Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring for Dispatchers on our Extended Coverage teams in El Paso, TX!!!

* We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include night and weekend coverage. *

Shifts Available:

* Night Schedule: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 4 Nights on / 4 Nights off on

* Weekend Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Saturday, Sunday, and 2 Varying Days during the week from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.)

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues.

* Accurate data entry into company computer systems.

* Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources.

* Works with team members to solve problems.

* Provides clear work instructions to drivers.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred).

* Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.
